Mariposa Counselling and Supervision Hi, I'm Vanessa. I am a qualified, accredited psychodynamic counsellor and supervisor, offering 1-1 therapy in person or online, weekly or fortnightly.

I have a lot of experience of working with trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, self-doubt and depression. Menopausal middle aged white woman with experience of single parenthood, mixed heritage parenthood, parental mental health, dementia and bereavement. Past role as a union steward also given me great insight into workplace issues and having the courage to speak up and support others.
