The development will offer people over the age of 55* a range of services and facilities including a 24 hour on-site care team for those who need it. A café/bistro, hair salon and communal lounge will also be available on-site for residents and will ope

n to the community when it is safe to do so.

*Residents aged 55-64 must demonstrate a need for the care and support that Housing 21 are able to offer. Eligibility criteria, monthly rent up to 75% (on shared ownership properties), core charges and services charges apply.
