On May 22nd I was delighted to have the opportunity to attend the HEADS Conference with Dr Margot Sunderland, organised by Hadrian School and as part of my work with Grace House North East.

Understanding the link between Trauma, ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and how this links to SEN.

Also behaviour as a communication method to be understood.

Such a fantastic course and in line with lots of my own ways of working as a therapist.

And slight pinch me moment as I got to learn direct from someone whose work I was taught and admire.

Treated myself to the most epic gluten free Simply Cheesecake yesterday.

Also picked up a Ridiculously Rich By Alana gluten free salted caramel brownie and Nutella style brownie.

And brought home two gluten free sticky toffee Burtree Puddings
