. Spent a wonderfully wise, deeply profound and enlightening weekend retreat on ‘what is Karma?’ Made me reflect on many aspects of life and decisions made and outcomes and consequences. Growth and allowing myself to kindly acknowledge that I could not know what I did not know till I leaned it. I never fail to leave a retreat at any NKT centre feeling humbled by the kind wisdom shared by patient teachers. Thankyou once again for making these retreats possible. I will be back in August.

Here I am again. Another beautiful weekend retreat ‘Be Kind to Your Mind’. Wise and patient teachings from Gen Kelsang Tubchen. This is something we all need to do but very often do the opposite. We can forget we are NOT what our mind is telling us. That the thoughts we have pass through like clouds or stormy weather. We identify too much with our own personalised ‘I am…… bad, not good enough, not able to, made this way…. Can’t…….’ Being kind allows us and gives us permission to stop and challenge and see this is not who we are. It’s just a thought of who we are. Kindness starts with being kind to ourselves and then this allows us to be kind to others too. Thankyou for creating beautiful opportunities for so many of us to learn and find a more peaceful way to live this Precious Human Life🙏🪷 kindness

💜🩷Just back from a much needed Spa Snuggler break with . Gorgeous Hot Stone treatment followed by delicious dinner and stayed over night. Then followed today by going to see which was a great movie. As ever I cannot say enough about the importance I find of stopping. Relaxing. Breathing and also being of course laughter and having fun and very good company💜🩷.
