O’Hara, Kieran Patrick RIP ‘Burnside Cottage’, 65 Tollymore Road, Newcastle BT33 0JN died 27th June 2026 peacefully at the Downe Hospital surrounded by his loving family, dearly beloved husband of Marie, loving father of Conor, Kieran and Declan, loving Grandfather of Joseph, Michael, Brid and Sadhbh.

Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his entire family circle and friends.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his gentle soul.

His remains will leave his late residence on Tuesday 30th June 2026 at 9.15am for 10am Funeral Mass in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption Newcastle.

Burial to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Bryansford.

Friends and Family welcome at his late residence between 3pm and 8pm on Sunday and Monday.

Mother of Perpetual Succour take good care of him.

Dearly beloved wife of William, loving mother of Julie-Anne, sister of Anne and Gerard.

Will be sadly missed by her entire family circle and friends.

Her remains will leave her late residence on Friday 19th June 2026 at 9.30am for 10am funeral mass in The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Newcastle.

Burial to follow in St Patricks Cemetery, Bryansford

QUINN Michael RIP, died peacefully at Wood Lodge Nursing Home, Castlewellan on 28th May 2026, late of Glenfold, Donard Park Newcastle and formally of Falls Road, Belfast, aged 83 years old. Son of the late Rose and John Quinn and dear brother of Eileen Boyle, Anna Maxwell, Rose Boardman, Patrick, Frank, Kathleen Mc Mahon, Conor and Emmanuel and the late Daniel, John, Jim, Margaret and Billy.

Michael’s remains will repose in M.J Sawey & Sons Chapel of Rest, 9 Bryansford Avenue, Newcastle BT33 0AX between 4-6pm on Saturday 30th May, Sunday 31st May and Monday 1st June. Prayers in above Chapel of Rest Tuesday 2nd June at 10am with Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery, Falls Road, Belfast.

Michael will be much loved and remembered always by his family, neighbours and friends.

Grant, James Michael RIP, died 24th May 2026 dearly beloved Husband of the late Rosemarie, loving Father of Mary and Barry, loving Father-in-law of Ian and Ana.

His remains are presently reposing at MJ Sawey & Sons Chapel of Rest, 9 Bryansford Avenue, Newcastle BT33 0AX.

Everyone welcome to pay their respects Wednesday 27th May, Thursday 28th May and Friday 29th May 2026 between 4 and 6pm.

His remains will leave MJ Sawey’s Chapel of Rest on Friday 29th May 2026 at 5.45pm to arrive at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Newcastle for 6pm prayers.

Funeral Mass on Saturday 30th May 2026 at 10am, burial to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Bryansford.

Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her entire Family Circle and many friends.

Her remains will repose at her late residence today Saturday from 12 noon until 9pm. Also tomorrow Sunday from 12 noon until 9pm.

Removal of remains on Monday 25th May 2026 at 1.15pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Leitrim.

Tracey Magorrian Acknowledgement

The Husband Gerard and daughter Rachel of the late Tracey Magorrian wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them and offered support during their recent bereavement.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards and donations in lieu to NI Hospice. To Deacon Niall O’Hara and Fr Jim Crudden for their prayers and beautiful service. To Bernie and Marty Campbell for the beautiful singing at the funeral.
A special thank you to the health care professionals, Dr Hyland, Dr Denvir, the district nursing team and the Macmillan Unit @ Ulster Hospital, and the NI Hospice for the care Tracey received in her final days. We are truly indebted to you all.

And to MJ Sawey and Sons for their professionalism and integrity in the handling of the funeral arrangements. And to the Catering staff at Parish of Maghera for refreshments following the funeral.

Tracey’s months mind Mass will be celebrated 2nd May 2026 at 6pm in Our Lady of the Assumption Church Newcastle.
