🚨 DON’T LET ONE BAD WEEK BECOME ONE BAD YEAR… 🚨

Let’s be honest…

It’s SO easy to give up. 😔

You have a gain.
You’ve had a few days off plan.
Life gets in the way.
You feel like you’ve “blown it”.
And suddenly you’re thinking, “What’s the point? I’ll stop going for a while.”

STOP RIGHT THERE. 🛑

Because the easiest thing you can do is walk away.

The brave thing is to keep showing up. ❤️

You don’t need to wait until you’ve lost weight to come back.

You don’t need to have had a perfect week.

You don’t need to feel embarrassed.

And you definitely don’t need to do this alone.

A Chapter Comes to an End ❤️

Last night marked the end of a very special chapter for me as I held my final Slimming World group at Stapenhill after almost 12 wonderful years. 🥹❤️

It’s been an incredibly difficult decision, but I’m not leaving Slimming World — far from it! I’ve simply decided that now is the right time to put all my focus and energy into my groups in Church Gresley and concentrate on one area.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been a member at Stapenhill over the years, and to those who are still members. Thank you for your support, friendship, laughter, tears and for allowing me to be part of so many amazing journeys. You really have made the last 12 years so special. ❤️

And remember… I’m still here! 🥰

💗 I’M BACK… AND I’VE MISSED YOU ALL! 💗

I’m so sorry for my silence and for being a little absent lately. The last week has really knocked me sideways, and I’ve been very poorly. 😔

But thankfully, I’m finally coming out the other side and starting to feel much more like myself again! 🙌❤️

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has messaged, checked in, sent love, and been so understanding while I’ve been getting myself back on my feet. It honestly means more than you know. 🥰

Now I’m looking forward to getting back to doing what I love… seeing all of YOU! ❤️

I can’t wait to catch up, hear how you’ve all been getting on and get back to our amazing groups. 🥰

I haven’t been feeling well for the past few days and ended up in hospital last night, where I needed a drip to replace the fluids I’d lost.

I’m so sorry I haven’t been able to catch up with you all as planned, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for your understanding, kindness and all the lovely messages I’ve received. ❤️ It really does mean so much to me.

For now, I’m concentrating on looking after myself, getting my strength back and getting fighting fit again! 💪❤️

🌴☀️ HOLIDAY MODE: OFF… GROUP MODE: ON! ☀️🌴

Just look at that face! 😍 This is exactly how I felt on holiday in beautiful Turkey 🇹🇷❤️ — happy, relaxed and feeling AMAZING!

We’ve had the most fabulous time. Beautiful places, gorgeous weather, plenty of lovely food and, yes… plenty of drinks too! 🍹🍴😂

And do you know what? I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE MINUTE without feeling guilty. ❤️

That’s what I love about Slimming World. It’s given me a way of eating that fits around my life — including holidays! I felt confident, comfortable and happy in myself, and that is worth so much. 🥰

But now the holiday is over, the suitcases are unpacked and I’m BACK! 🎉

I’m ready to see all my amazing members, hear all about your holidays, celebrate your successes and help anyone who needs a little reset.

Because there’s no guilt, no punishment and no “I’ll start again Monday” mentality…

Just draw a line, get back on plan and keep going! 💪❤️

I’ve missed you all and I can’t wait to see you! 🥰

What an incredible Wednesday morning in Church Gresley! 🥳🎉

I couldn’t be prouder of our amazing members and what they’ve achieved this week.

🌟 A huge congratulations to Pat, who has reached her dream target and picked up her incredible 6½ stone award! What an inspirational journey. Your determination, consistency and belief in yourself have been amazing to watch, and you truly deserve every bit of your success.

🌟 And congratulations to Cliff, who has now lost over 2 stone to reach his target too! A fantastic achievement that shows what can happen when you keep going, one step at a time.

These two prove that there isn’t one “right” way to succeed. Different journeys, different challenges, but the same commitment to never giving up. They have inspired everyone in group and shown that with support, determination and the Slimming World plan, incredible things really can happen.
