What happens after you step out of the chamber?

As oxygen levels return towards baseline after an HBOT session, the body responds to this change, triggering cellular signalling pathways associated with repair and adaptation.

This response is being studied for its role in neuroplasticity and angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels that can support oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissue.

The session may be over, but the body’s response continues.

Under the Surface: why Oxydise uses Red Light Therapy before Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

In the Oxydise combined-session protocol, Red Light Therapy comes first. Research suggests photobiomodulation may influence nitric oxide signalling and cellular energy processes.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy follows. Increased pressure increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in blood plasma.

Each therapy works through a different process and has a distinct role in the session. The right approach depends on the individual, their goals and circumstances.

Speak with the Oxydise team about a combined setup and what may be appropriate for you.

Individual experiences vary.

Going deeper into the details that matter.

Often an overlooked part of HBOT technology, the oxygen concentrator plays an important role in the performance of the system.

A snippet from our latest conversation, exploring how the technology works, why concentrator quality matters and the standards behind our systems.

Recovery isn't what happens after the work. It's where the work pays off.

trains hard and recovers with the same intent. Hyperbaric oxygen and red light after the heaviest sessions, and one rule he keeps coming back to: you don't adapt during the session, you adapt between them.

Get that right and everything else starts working better.

What's the one recovery habit you never skip?

Light doesn't bounce off you. It goes through you.

Try it now. Press a phone torch to your palm in a dark
room and watch your hand glow from the inside.

That's physiologist Oli Patrick's point. Most of us picture
light landing on skin and stopping there. It doesn't. It
passes into tissue, and research suggests that's where it
may support how your cells produce energy.

Which is the whole idea behind red light therapy, and why
we care about making it something people can actually get
to rather than just read about.

Curious where to start? Link in bio.

Bringing advanced wellness technology into your business should feel considered from the start.

For .uk_, we supported the process from delivery to handover: assembling and checking the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, setting up the Red Light Therapy bed and showing the team how everything works before the first session.

Wondering what it’s actually like inside the HBOT chamber?

Our soft-shell hyperbaric chamber is designed with space and comfort in mind, giving you room to settle in and make the session your own.

Read, work, watch something or simply take some time out while you complete your session.

Your space. Your time to reset.

What does Hyperbaric Oxygen actually do?

Under pressure, oxygen behaves differently. More oxygen can dissolve into the plasma, increasing its availability to tissues, including areas where blood flow may be compromised.

We’re going Under the Surface of HBOT to explore what’s happening at a cellular level, and why it matters for recovery.

There's no cheat code.

Oli Patrick on The Human Edge, hosted by Alan Trim.

The only true stresses, he says, are heat, noise and load. Exercise physiology is largely exercise psychology. Most people stop exercising because the body gets the signal to stop, not because it needs to. There is no one thing that preserves the physiology from all its challenges.
