I'm really excited to be co-hosting this event again this year with my two dear friends at The Pludds Village Hall . Last year was just INCREDIBLE.

Andy Squiff will be offering qigong and his hugely transformative Soma Breathwork experience, Kate Sterry will be facilitating creative play and helping us to look through her own unique and beautiful lens at the world around us. And I'll be offering yogic breathwork, somatic movement and deep relaxation....

When the three of us get together, Magic happens....

We live in a world that constantly pulls us outward into noise, into fear, into a story of lack, but everything we think we need, everything we are striving for, we already have. And it isn’t something "out there", it's within us. It's always been there. We've just forgotten how to access it.
Join Aileen, Andy & Kate as we weave together some empowering practices including qi gong, breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation, mindful nature connection coupled with plenty of opportunities for creative expression for a 2 day journey of self discovery.
