The summer holidays are calling and we couldn’t resist the urge to check out some new saunas along the way! As we say goodbye to Cornwall for now, we’re heading in land to experience more of the British countryside and the saunas that sit amidst it.

🔥 WELLNESS IN THE WILD
📍 Rickinghall, Suffolk
🗓️ 7-9 August
Returning to Wellness in the Wild Festival for the third year running. This lovely festival is exactly what it says on the ticket.. wellness in the wild! Not only will I be guiding rituals across the weekend, but I’ll be back to give another talk, and also hosting the spa this year with my wife Julia Tettersell and daughter.
There are limited spaces left for rituals, so book in early to avoid disappointment.

Kicking off our summer tour is PEAK SAUNAS at their beautiful location on an organic farm in Kniveton. I’ll be guiding two 2-hour rituals from 5-7pm & 7:30-930pm of a hot and cold therapy, in and out of the sauna.

Hey every one, the reel says it all.
We are on the move, my time here in cornwall has aloud me to heal some deep trauma wounds, and totally be rebirthed as a sauna guide now its time for us to relocate for the good of all of my family.
Its been an amazing time for me and I have met some amazing people that will be in my heart for ever.
Lots of love to you all.
I will be back to guide sauna rituals so keep an eye out probably wont be until Autumn/winter, when the waves start to get better again.

Rock Oyster Festival is next weekend and we can’t
wait to be there, guiding rituals at the ever fabulous Mor Holan Sauna + Wild Spa Spa Morvoren.

With sauna and ice bath sessions across the weekend, I will be guiding five 1 hour sauna rituals of hot and cold contrast therapy. Some time for you to refresh, reset & relax.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been busy foraging and gathering herbs, plants and tree leaves. Making seasonal body scrubs and fresh sauna whisks. Ready for a weekend of sauna in London.

Friday night I’m heading to the calming sanctuary of .urban.spa for a two hour ritaul from 7-9pm.

Saturday is , and I’ll be guiding two one-hour rituals from 10:30-11:30am & 5:30-6:30pm.

Last time I visited .urban.spa was just before winning Best Sauna Practitioner of the Year at the Sauna Summit.

I had just travelled up from Cornwall and across London to Hackney Downs, so my nervous system was over stimulated and in need of regulating.

Revitalise Urban Spa was just the tonic. We entered into the darkness of this beautiful and stylish place. The well designed sleek lines, accentuated with plants, was a peaceful haven and an urban sanctuary, welcoming me to balance my senses and come back to myself. The gentle jazz playing in the background helping me to relax.

So I am super stoked to be heading there on 22 May to guide a ritual in the beautiful space. I’ll be bringing a slice of Cornwall with me, with scrubs foraged and made on the North Cornwall coastline, and whisks gathered from the woodlands nearby.

Please join me for a two hour guided ritual blending the urban woods of London with coastal vibes from Cornwall.

🔥 On Friday 8 May, I’m super stoked to be guiding my first ritual .sauna. Sennen Beach has a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to connect in with the magic of this beautiful place.

🔥 Saturday 9 May is a return to Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens with the ever fabulous The views of St Michael’s Mount and the bay are next level, and the gardens are a sub-tropical heaven of woodland bathing.

🔥 On Sunday 10 May, I close the weekend with a ritual This Cornish Sanctuary with the view of the docklands has a secret beach feel to it, invoking calm and tranquility. The perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate.
