You’ll often hear us cue a neutral spine during your Reformer class, especially throughout breathwork and warm-up.

Here, Emma is demonstrating our “roll the marble” technique during our bridging sequence, encouraging smooth spinal articulation while activating the core, glutes, and supporting the lower back. ❤️
