We gathered on the Eve of the Solstice under the pines and oak for the Solstice Sound Bath. The drum started followed by the gong whose vibrations were something else outdoors. Then it was the turn of the Tibetan bowls. Accompanying these vibrations were the song of the Blackbird, Wren, Sparrow followed by an oyster catcher passing by. Next it was the turn of the Jackdaw and Raven. A squirrel joined in to with acrobatic moves creating a gentle rustle amongst the trees.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and also to Stow Hall Gardens for opening this space for others to enjoy.

Summer Solstice Blessings 💛
The sun is at the height of its energy now and this is where the midway point is marked into the second half of the year.

Today has been all about stepping into the energy of the Summer Solstice for me ahead of next weeks Sound Bath at Stow Hall Gardens.
I went out early and took note of the plants, trees and animals who showed up.
They will appear in the meditation at next week’s sold out event. Fear not if the weather is not kind we have a back up in Church Farm 2 minutes from the garden. There’s something special about connecting with Mother Earth that words simply cannot describe.

It may have been a dull day outdoors but there was plenty of sunshine in the cabin learning how to use tuning forks.

Looking forward to this event on the eve of the Summer Solstice. Let’s hope for the good weather but even it’s not there is a Plan B in Church Farm.

The warmth of the rising sun to begin a new day.
The rich tones of the dawn chorus and the vibrant shades of green.
