Yoga in the flowers this morning with Farndon Flower Farm . We have two dates left for this years series, 12th September and 17th October. Come and practice yoga amongst the flowers and then pick flowers for your own bouquet to take home.

This is my favourite Tibetan goddess bowl. It’s very intuitive to each person and vibrates differently depending on their energy.

At my soundbaths I place the bowl on your abdomen or by your feet and you can experience the physical sensation of the vibrations as well as the resonant sound.

There are some spaces available for this Sunday’s Soundbath and reiki healing afternoon, come and join us to experience this for yourself.

Summer Sunday mornings start with an online session with movement that works for your body.

Mobilise, stretch and start your day the right way. We work with movement that helps with the flow of lymph, water retention due to heat and encouraging comfortable movement in your joints.
