Goodbye May….. 👋🏼 Another month done and what a beautiful sunny month we have had!
We have spent most of our time outside with our friends with many wonderful learning opportunities for all the children.
We have touched on VE Day, children’s mental health week, international day of love, numeracy day, bee day, national tea day and so much more along with supporting next steps for the children.

Now we enter a new month let’s see what learning we can do for June and make some happy memories together and hopefully in the sunshine 🌞

This is just what I needed to scroll past on social media and see this week and she didn’t even know how much I needed to read words like these.
Hand on heart I love my job so much and words like these just make it even more special. It’s super nice to feel appreciated and valued 💞
I take pride in what I do daily and along with my fellow minders we do all we can for every single child to achieve and learn whilst having the time of their lives with us

Childminder appreciation week this week and I would like to kick it off with a big thank you to our childminder friends 💜

These ladies are the ones there on a daily basis for me and my little buddies but also the ones who offer support from what’s app groups and social media pages and the special one who is always there on the end of phone. I appreciate every single one of you 😘

Our childminder friends aren’t just here for their minding children but also for each others. We work hard together to provide great learning opportunities for all our little people and we do this as a team 💪🏼 I appreciate you ladies you know who you are 💞💞

Where did April go?…. We know at Little Buddies just where it went having lots of fun exploring learning and playing and we have enjoyed all our activities.
We have learnt about spring🌸 and mini beast 🐞🕷️🦋whilst also celebrating the month of our Military children with so much yellow and purple play. Yellow 💛🌼being important as the Dandelion is the flower representing the Military child and purple 💜for purple up day the day during April where we celebrate the resilience of service children.
We have also celebrated St George’s Day with painting and we’ve planted, glued, explored playdough and so so much more….
Now we head into May let’s see what we can learn and make many more memories 🥰

We have been very lucky with some new resources recently and have been exploring and learning with them the last several weeks.
These resources have been brought to enhance learning as well replacing old for new and to support interests of all the children at Little Buddies.

A huge welcome to our newest member of Little Buddies… baby boy arrived this month and will be joining Little Buddies with his big sister when he is a little bigger 💙
We love him so much and can’t wait for him to join us in our adventures 😍
