A little more about the woman behind Kathā. ♡

I’ve always believed that the spaces we create carry a little piece of who we are.

My love for movement, sound, nature, stillness and meaningful connection didn’t begin with Kathā. They have been part of my life for years - slowly shaping the way I live, the way I practise and, eventually, the space I wanted to create for others.

Kathā Sound Studio was born from all of these little pieces.

A space to move.
To breathe.
To listen.
To slow down.
To reconnect with your body - and with yourself.

But before I share more about Kathā, I thought it was time for you to get to know the person behind it too.

Sunday mornings are getting a new rhythm ✨

Imagine starting your Sunday by completely slowing down - stepping away from the week's noise, lying down in a beautiful space, and letting the pure vibration of sound simply wrap around you.

Starting 11 October, I'm inviting you every Sunday to Eastcote House Garden for an intimate, one-hour sound bath. No meditation experience needed. No experience at all, really. Just the willingness to let go, even for an hour.

📍 About the place: Eastcote House Garden is a charming, peaceful spot tucked away in the greenery. Surrounded by nature and historic architecture, it's the perfect backdrop for quieting the mind. And the best part - you don't have to rush back into your day afterwards. There's a lovely café on-site, perfect for a warm coffee and some fresh air.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring: A mat, a warm blanket, and an eye mask - anything that helps you feel comfortable.

- Tickets: Pay what you feel (suggested £17). Spaces are limited, so each of us has room to breathe.
