Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Leighton Hospital), will begin sending most hospital letters and updates digitally via the NHS App and text message. Paper letters are still available if you need them, however, you will need to let them know. More details can be found on the poster.

- when requested by patients
- where clinically appropriate
- where digital access is not suitable
- patients under the age of 18
- patients where we do not hold a mobile phone number
- Breast Screening letters will continue to be sent by paper
