Today, I have felt so many emotions, from feeling anxious, flappy and emotional this morning, to calm and chilled this afternoon.

Why some of you may ask?

Well it's the second to weekend of my hypnotherapy training, which has also ment exams!!

Arg!!! 😆

Actually I believe they went well, and i was of course flapping over nothing.

It has been a lovely day though because we also covered self hypnosis, and mindfulness techniques.

I can't wait to share these skills with you all as a qualified hypnotherapist.

Not long now, just one more teaching weekend left, some case studies and exam results to get through.

I had a wonderful weekend at LizianEvents lincoln well being show Lincolnshire Showground.

I was such an uplifting, and fun weekend, and it was great to meet new community members and visitors.

Thank you each and everyone of you.

Special thanks to Liz, Ian and team for organising such a wonderful event, to Richard' sound therapy, Crystal Carols and Ethically gifted for provisions for my talk, and thank you to all of you that attended my talk, came to my stand, and purchased from me.

I have had a wonderful day with The Sweary Crystal Lady wrapping up my last theory day of the Year Two Crystal Course.

This has been another informative weekend, today we focused on the use of crystals to support end of life and berevement.

The course over the 2 years has contained so much information from using a pendulum, wands and tumble stones, to cord cutting, chakra balancing and so much more.

I still have a little way to go, but as a student I am able to offer crystal therapy sessions.

Another wonderful day of learning Hypnotherapy has been had.

Today, I presented a group meditation to my fellow students.

We also learned about, hypnotherapy for conception and pregnancy, hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, and hypnotherapy for sports, as well as working with time expansion and contraction.

It's all so interesting and fascinating how it all works.

I love this course.
