Sometimes relationships can feel hard to live in.

You might find yourselves having the same conversations over and over, feeling distant from each other, struggling with intimacy, or simply feeling unsure how things became this difficult.

I offer really human relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy for couples and individuals - a space to talk openly, without judgement, and begin to understand what’s going on at your pace.

Sessions are available online or in-person in Nottingham.
