The grief of the life you thought you’d have is real.

Maybe you imagined you’d be married by now.
Maybe you thought you’d have children.
Maybe you pictured a career that never happened.
Maybe you thought your relationship would last.
Maybe you expected to feel happier, more settled, or more like yourself by this stage of life.

This kind of grief is often invisible. There isn’t always a funeral, a card, or permission to mourn. But that doesn’t make it any less painful.

Sometimes therapy isn’t about getting over what happened.
Sometimes it’s about grieving what never did.

And from that place, gently beginning to imagine a different future.

Monday, let’s go… but slowly. 🌿
A reminder that you’re allowed to ease into the week.
You don’t need to have everything figured out by 9am.
Be kind to yourself — you’re already doing enough.

Ever found yourself replaying a conversation 20 times, analysing a message, or convincing yourself someone is annoyed with you… even when you have no actual evidence? 👀

That little voice in your head can be loud.

Overthinking often comes from a place of wanting to feel safe, accepted, and certain — but it can leave us exhausted, stuck in our own thoughts, and disconnected from the moment we’re actually in.

Therapy can help you understand where these patterns come from, challenge the stories your mind creates, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. 🤍

You don’t have to believe every thought you have.

We fear people leaving.
We dread the end of a relationship.
We do everything we can to make them stay.

But at what cost?

Yourself?
Who you are?
What you love?
What you need?

Fear of abandonment can quietly shape the way we show up in relationships. We adapt, people-please, overthink, stay silent, and slowly lose parts of ourselves in the hope that if we’re “enough,” they won’t leave.

Therapy offers a space to gently explore your role in relationships, understand how fear of abandonment shows up, and reconnect with the version of you that doesn’t need to abandon themselves to keep someone else.
