Just wanted to share a quick story about how I manifested my book.

For the last 2–3 years I wanted to publish it and kept searching for ways to get it to readers. It was always either too hard to get in touch with the right people or I didn’t have the money, or other obstacles along the road. It didn't seem possible. As if I was blocked from ever succeeding because there was always something stopping the process from being easy — and ease is exactly what I insist on in my manifestations.

The book is written in Polish, with plans for an English version in the future, but here’s what happened.

I never forgot about writing, even during the most turbulent time of my life. I went through a serious burnout without realising it and eventually decided to leave everything and go home. Back in Poland, after some rest, I discovered a library nearby. I took my laptop there and worked on my story every day for a month.

I thought: That’s it. I’m publishing this book. Don’t ask me how!

Every night before bed, I visualised my book on the shelves of the most recognisable bookstore in Poland — EMPIK. In my imagination, I walked through the doors, saw my book displayed, watched people buying it while I stood behind them in the queue. I trusted that the feeling would bring the right ideas and that things would figure themselves out.

I repeated these visualisations for about 30–45 days. I kept writing, editing, correcting, cutting and polishing.

One day, while searching for something completely unrelated, I randomly came across the name of a Polish self-publishing platform. I had heard of them before but never knew how to start. That day, I simply created an account — no pressure, no effort. It felt effortless, almost magical. Just a few clicks and I moved on.

A few weeks later, on a rainy Sunday while I had a bad cold, I stayed in bed with a hot drink, a hot water bottle and my laptop. I ended up on the National Library website and realised how easy it was to register a book and an author. Everything was clear and accessible. Two days later, I received my ISBN number — another green light from the universe.

I never stopped visualising my book in bookstores or myself signing copies for people. This practice I'll continue after receiving what I wanted.

Later that month, once the book was ready, I logged back into the account I had created earlier and uploaded all the files. After a few technical corrections, the book was sent for verification.

Today I received the email.

I waited to open it until I reached the library — my creative space. I already knew what it was about. I made it a small celebration. Just the day before, I had imagined someone buying my book at Empik and thinking how amazing it would feel knowing they’d read my words.

And there it was — listed in the Empik online store. In reality - this time not in my imagined evening scenarios.

Smiling, emotional, grateful and proud, I bought a few copies for myself and shared the link on social media. I celebrated this quiet success of mine with amazing dinner in a nearby sushi restaurant accompanied by my daughter. It was was delish.

It happened.
I wanted it.
I manifested it.

When I stopped forcing the how and focused on the feeling of already having it, my body guided me through the simplest possible process. What I had been visualising for months became real.

I’m incredibly proud. The book is about MANIFESTATION, of course.

The English version is coming soon — for now, I just wanted to share this story. When you show your subconscious what you want through feeling and visualisation, life has no option but to respond and lead you in small steps towards your wish fulfilment.

This is not a quick technique — it’s a way of living, just like changing your diet.
When you shift your state of being, the body and the nervous system need time to adapt and release old patterns.

What you start to notice when you practice the state of the wish fulfilled:

• New beliefs can only be embodied after you first become aware of the old ones and consciously choose to change them
• Nothing can truly change in a state of tension or stress — working with the body and slowly calming it down is essential so it can open to a new reality
• You regularly bring yourself into the feeling that would be normal if your desired state were already your life
(first showing the body that it is safe and allowed to relax)
• This can be more challenging for people living in survival mode, with unresolved trauma — where there is hyper-reactivity to stimuli and little connection to inner signals
• Over time, you notice real changes in your behavior — the frequency in the body rises as a result of focused attention
• A strengthened energetic field makes you aware of what has been harming you — and you naturally let it go
• You often eat less, because you no longer need as much energy from the outside — the body has access to its own reserves, which can lead to natural weight loss
• There is a calm, organic distancing from everything that is not aligned with the new version of yourself

Twenty-five days ago, I was invited to be a part of a team at a yoga retreat in Derbyshire. It was a great event in a perfect and natural setting where relaxation and unwinding were a priority for participants. I worked there as a massage therapist to ensure all yoga enthusiasts had their muscles and tissues relaxed before and after their yoga sessions.

As I took breaks between clients, I sat down to restore and have a warm drink. I glanced at the coffee table and looked at one of the book covers that attracted my attention. It was a book about yoga postures and their functions in the human transformational process. I wanted this book. The pull was so strong, I wanted to take it, leave the venue, and hide in one of the Derbyshire vacant rooms and not come out until I read it and understood it.

My trained accountability and self-restraint helped me not to steal the book and to finish my commitments at the retreat. I was so immersed in the place and the people at this retreat that I forgot to take a picture of the book, which I regretted when I got home. I then forgot about it and didn’t think about the book until a couple of weeks later when I attended a Qi Gong presentation class. I remembered the book and started my online search. As I had no recollection of the title, only vaguely remembering the picture, I searched for the most popular positions but couldn’t find it. I really wanted this book, and I suppose it would have been easier to go to the source and ask the people who organized the retreat about the book, but this would take away the fun of manifestation and break the rules. So, I stopped digging and imagined holding the book in my hands, opening it, and going through the pages with interest.

In my vision, I saw clearly how all the postures were presented on the pages and how clear the descriptions were. I felt myself sitting and reading, and the imagination gave me a good feeling of being an owner of the book that I wanted to have. I then decided that I had other things I wanted to manifest too, so I let go of this vision and allowed the book to come to me naturally with no force or stress over it. I didn’t need it for anything. I wanted to have it, read it, and learn to practice more.

Last night, after the longest week possible and events that would shake any giant, I was glad to come back home and finally be able to rest. I had some dinner and promised myself I would relax into myself the moment all the things were ready. The last home job was to put shoes away in the utility room, which happens to also have the letterbox. An Amazon parcel was lying on the floor along with other letters and leaflets. I didn’t recall buying anything online. I struggled to remember any purchase. Curious and excited, as you do when an Amazon box arrives, I looked at the cardboard envelope to check who this parcel was for, as my first suspicion was that it was delivered to the wrong address and probably belonged to the neighbors. It was for my business name, so that was a very much green light I was waiting for to allow myself to open the envelope. You must know by now—the book I wanted was inside. It came to me through a channel that was the most effortless, elegant, and easy. I connected the dots.

One of my clients the day before was here, and I knew they knew of the book. I asked them, and they promised to send me a picture of the book once they came back home. In the midst of events the following day, I forgot about it, and when I got home, I was about to remind them of it to finally order my book online. It turned out the plan was different for me. I didn’t have to order the book, I didn’t have to ask, and I didn’t have to remind anyone to give me the title. The book was already mine. The client’s intention was never to text me the picture; instead, they bought it for me! The most heartwarming and thoughtful thing to do, by which I was touched beyond words. Gratitude filled my heart.

I sat down and started going through the pages as I did in my earlier vision. I know that my technique of living from the end works for everything I desire to have, feel, and do, but every time I am working with my visions and dreams to achieve them and then see them coming to me in the most mysterious way, I can’t hold my amazement at how well and perfectly designed the paths are that lead things to me. This way of being is probably the most intricate and mysterious, and it demands total detachment and trust in what you want to accomplish. It gives you total freedom of choice over what you want and allows you to see that there is nothing that would resist you once you put the law of assumption in place.

My book arrived last night, and I did a few poses this morning with curiosity, a deeper understanding of what I am doing, and what is going on within me. This universal assistance that plotted all people and events exactly so I could receive the book at the perfect time left me in awe and gratitude. Aligning every moment to bring me what I wanted exactly when I was ready to receive it. The genius of the universe never stops surprising me on my manifesting path.

In August 2024, I decided to use the Law of Assumption to receive my daughter's passport in the post. The document expired in 2018, and I couldn’t renew it without Kinga's dad's permission. I went to the Polish Embassy like a ping pong ball and realized there was no way out. There were too many steps, and most things I tried failed. Everywhere I turned, I'd hit a wall too thick to attempt to break.

Finally, the decision came. "Manifest, you have the passport," I thought, and I started the procedure. Every night for a month, I would lie down to bed, imagining the scene where the passport arrived. I remember opening the door and seeing the postman who held the silver special delivery envelope. He scanned it and handed it to me. We exchanged goodbyes, and I rushed to the kitchen to get scissors. I remember imagining I glided the scissors and spilled the contents of the envelope onto the desk in my massage studio. Finally, I called Kinga from upstairs, and I showed her the passport. We had our usual celebration dance like we always do when we succeed at something important to us.

I didn’t feel it was possible to get the passport, and I didn’t know what to do to overcome all the obstacles I was meeting. So I left the Universe full control over the mechanics and decided I wouldn’t bother myself with how and when—I’d just imagine holding the passport, and that was it. Four weeks later, as I sat at my desk in the evening preparing for the next day, I looked at my long-term goals in my notebook, and one of them was sort the passport. I didn’t think of doing anything. I just had an unexpected urge to google the name of the application form for Issue Order. It came up at the top of the search, and I followed the link. It rolled from there. I found the form. (At this time, I thought to myself, "It’s happening, something is moving because it feels relatively easy.")

I filled in all the details, and it turned out I needed a mediation certificate from a family lawyer. I googled available mediators in Nottingham, and a guy’s name popped up as the first on the list. I clicked, saved the number, and, as it was late, I left it as a job for the next day.

First thing Monday morning, I called the number, and the guy said he was available to chat that afternoon. I needed to pay the fee (which I had in the bank—not a frequent occurrence, haha), and we set a date. He also said I normally would wait a few weeks, but someone cancelled, so he was free that day! - Thank you, Universe!

We had a 15-minute chat, and I got the certificate the same afternoon. Later on that day, I thought, “It’s getting serious, and I am literally taking step by step.” I didn’t know how events were going to unfold, and I really had to work hard to restrain the worry I had at this point about how to collect all the data. But no worries, I thought, the universe started its magic. I went back online to upload the document, and it went smoothly. There was another document required—payment proof. As I opened another tab to check how much it was, the info came up that I might be eligible for aid with fees. I clicked to check, and yes, there it was—all the details about me and my situation I put into the rectangle slots resulted in me not having to pay an extra £250 for the application fee. Thank you, Universe!

All submitted, and now we wait. I received a letter from the court about the hearing I needed to attend the next month. It didn’t feel like waiting; it was just a thing I thought was sorting itself in the background that I needed to have no control over! That’s the Universal law in action, baby—no stress over the outcome, frequency of full trust!

The day came, and I was stressed as hell. I went to court to hear the verdict. They needed to see me again. I explained I could wait (mind you, I had waited for 6 years for anything to happen about it, and there I was—in court—talking to someone who could actually help me). A few more weeks really would not make any difference. But the guy had a change of heart and said, “You know what? I think I might know someone in the other department who may help you here and there. Just one condition. It might be up to a 5-hour wait in the court.” I considered my options and said, "Oh yes! I don’t mind a 5-hour wait in a warm and safe building to await fate to unfold itself."

I was sent to a waiting room, and it couldn’t be more than 30 minutes when the same friendly and helpful man came to me and said, "It’s all ready for you." I followed him to the same room where cameras and computers made the room feel very serious. Despite my slightly nervous mood, I knew things were moving in the right direction.

I got the positive decision, and they promised the documents required by the embassy would be sent to me within a few days.

I went home, and that night I still dreamt of the passport arriving, just like I did every night. I could feel the joy, gratitude, relief, and the load off my chest while dancing and celebrating the passport with my daughter by eating muffins.

The next week, the papers came. With those, all I needed was to get to the embassy in central London to give me an appointment on the same night of receiving my court papers. It was Friday, and the appointment was the following Wednesday. I looked at the calendar, and I had nothing scheduled for that day. I went to central London by car, only to find a parking spot by the embassy. The kind man who asked me to leave the car and car keys took care of getting the car into the bay, and Kinga and I went into the building. We arrived 3 hours earlier, yet the staff said we would be seen straightaway. Thank you, Universe—smooth!

The next thing I remember was signing and saying thank you and goodbye to a super helpful lady who promised the passport was coming in up to 6 weeks in the post! Nice!

The car park in central London is not cheap, yet when I asked a man how much I owed him, he smiled and said, "You're the first person I’ve charged this little – it will be £5!" Thank you, Universe!

I was so happy this was almost done, and it felt so effortless, so amazing, that it was almost surreal. I did imagine receiving the passport for the next few weeks, though still not knowing what was next.

One Saturday morning, early January 2025, when I was at home still in my PJs, I heard the knock. The postman held the silver-grey special delivery envelope and a scanner, just like the one in my daily vision! I signed for the parcel and rushed to get the scissors from the kitchen. I slid the soft plastic envelope open and spilled the contents onto my desk, calling Kinga downstairs. I showed her the passport, and she said, "Alexa, play Amy Winehouse," and we did our celebration dance in our PJs. Only for real this time.

Having. Being. Doing. Feeling. These are parts of your experience as a human being, and you can change every single one of these states at any given moment. Why? Because they are fluid, they are made of light, they are not set. They are Play-Dough. You must have played with Play-Dough. You can shape it into anything, then squash it and start again. You are Play-Dough. Your life is Play-Dough. 🌟

You must remember, however, there is one rule: You should not expect the result of your play to be a certain way, ever. Your playing and trying new shapes with your Play-Dough needs to be satisfying enough for you to want to play more and more. The extent of your creativity and imagination to build, create, and form more shapes around you with the Play-Dough will show you who you are. So unless you don’t want to know who you are—STOP PLAYING IMMEDIATELY!!!! 🎨

If you want to get to know you, however, try for yourself, see how far you can go, how much Play-Dough you can collect, and how much of it you can use to build whatever comes to your mind, even if it seems most ridiculous and trivial—play anyway. 🧩

Allow yourself to be surprised by an unusual idea. Congratulate yourself on every single attempt, even the one you had to squash back into a ball and start forming from the beginning. 🌱

Don’t be scared to look for inspiration. Other people have magnificent ideas. Imitating and copying is necessary at first because this is how you develop your own style. Look at others and learn their ways if they are inspiring to you, then change them a little and leave your own mark, your own paw print. 🐾

It doesn’t matter what people think about the way you play, it doesn’t matter if your Play-Dough style is accepted by social norms, and it doesn’t even matter what your own opinion about your work is. What matters is that you play. Day after day after day. Play a little more. Build. Try. Plan. Think. Create. Repeat. Show the example. Research ways Play-Dough was played with by your ancestors, what they managed to build out of their Play-Dough. Play and look out for ideas that show up. More ways to play only come to those who play consistently. Just sit there, focused, and play. Every day. 🚀

I wonder if my great great great great great grandmother would see me and spit on my feet in disgust and tell me to burn in hell. I don’t know my ancestors and I don’t know their values. I am talking deep generational roots that stem down to the warriors and fighters who knew they were building the world for generations to come. And this includes me. For this, I am grateful. 🙏

But also ashamed. 😳

I am confident now to say this: I am weak. Compared to the focus, the strength, the determination, the ambition, the persistence, and the will my ancestors had, I am weak. Perhaps strength comes with necessity, but correct me if I am wrong when I say – necessity needs to be created, especially nowadays. So despite feeling that I am not as strong as the previous generations, I can make sure to train for the moment when my strength becomes my visible shield. 💪

Just because you can’t see the enemy doesn’t mean they are not there. This is serious stuff, and I want you all to focus on it. Your enemy is invisible. We live in the toughest times, yet people act as if it was easy. You need to TRAIN EVERY DAY to become strong, clean, and attentive. Otherwise, you’re out. Society is a joke these days. 🎯

Men want to date easy women; they want to chill and relax after doing nothing all day and calling it work. Men unable to say why they are here in the first place, not asking questions, not challenging themselves in anything, taking the easy route, acting irresponsibly with their time and attention, wasting it on low vibrational entertainment. They take care of their appearance like it is the only value they hold, they have no clue of their natural ability and how to use their aggression to build something to serve their surroundings, instead taking the anger for their own indecisiveness out on their closest environment, not knowing their job is to learn to be a leader from the feedback they get. And if they get a s**t feedback, they are a s**t leader. Weak handshake, deceitful smile, sitting on the fence, ill intentions, manipulation, plotting, no purpose, no destination, like a ship with no captain. 🚢

Comparison to one another in terms of physical strength lacking mental endurance and stamina to build their own ship on their terms, scared of having an opinion, scared of making decisions, scared of being rejected and alone, scared of having high standards, scared of reaching up in relationships, instead hanging out with losers, scared of discovering who they are, scared of standing tall and proud of their beliefs. Scared to tell their truth. Scared of their dreams. Scared of their own power because they were told they are NOT allowed to be powerful and dominant, thinking sexuality is the only thing to impress whoever is willing to pay attention. Flashing low-value content left and right, impartial to who is watching. Chaotic, useless, and weak. Allowing weak and wounded women in their life instead of choosing a female partner to be their equal in terms of intentions and mutual purpose to fulfill together. ⚖️

Women turn against one another like they are not connected, creating division and walls of misunderstanding. Shallow and deceitful just to feed off drama of others, navigating through the traffic to show off the content of the mind that is regarded as valuable just because it was proclaimed important on TV that has no nourishment, no worth. Clueless and unaware of their own limitations and responsibility, their important role, their calling, their mission. Competing with men instead of supporting them in their fight. Unable to think for themselves, too busy watching 7 episodes in a row to shush the inner voice by pouring prosecco on it and calling it fun. Perfecting their home just to impress the neighbors with items not trying to impress with behavior. Grown women acting like girls on the playground, throwing sand in the eyes of a girl with better toys or dress. Women who love to be the first to tell you the drama of others but always the last to offer support. Fake smiles and compliments, fake love, fake skin, fake b***s. 🛑

Children left with the remote control within four walls disconnected from reality and the natural world they were born into. 📺

Ancestors would spit on us. I wouldn’t be surprised if they cut our heads off with swords. We wouldn’t even have time or strength to protest or protect ourselves. We became weak. We allowed the invisible enemy to weaken and divide us to such a high extent, we don’t recognize we ALL have hearts and smiles, we ALL love and hate sometimes, we are ALL the same in emotional states and we are ALL in this s**t together. Standing tall and together we can feel and become stronger. Divided, we are an easy target. 🏹

Mind is your shield because you can use it to understand the low entities are coming for you from the moment you open your eyes, every day, every week, every month, every year. Losing focus will mean you’ll lose them out of sight and they’ll never miss a chance to attack you. You are fed with them so they can feed off you. It sounds scary and ruthless, but this energy war is real and serious, and it is happening in front of you. Your TV is in the way to see it, though. So turn the fu**er off and stand up to fight for a better world so we all can live in it together. Build it for our kids. Love the connection you received. The world is a nest with 8 billion chicks that hatched to become connected.
