Welcome to the page for Stillness in Strength

My name is Shelley Perry and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Meditation Teacher & Health Qigong/Tai Chi Teacher.

Its been 3yrs since I started my journey to follow a new career path into Holistic Health & Wellbeing.

Throughout my own well being journey, I soon realised that true health isnt about rigid rules, its about creating small, nurturing habits that support your unique body & mind 🫶✨️

My goal is to help clients with every day stress, aid recovery from illness, to look after mental wellbeing through meditation, mindfulness, gentle movement and breath work, also offering a calm peaceful space to relax.
