Teacher wellbeing is often talked about. I’m now building what it actually looks like in practice.
What started as just 1:1 health coaching has grown into something much more aligned with my background, combining over 20 years in teaching, a bioscience degree, and professional health coaching to focus on one core question:
👉 How do we support teachers to stay well in the profession long-term, without paying for it with their health or family life?
Over the past few months, that question has moved beyond theory and into practice.
✅ I’m now close to completing my first partnership school wellbeing programme. Working alongside staff and an internal wellbeing team to build something practical, relevant, and sustainable.
✅ My nutrition and cookery workshop for July is now fully booked. A clear sign that teachers are ready for support that actually fits real school life.
✅ I’m also offering 1:1 health coaching for school staff who are ready to make a meaningful change, especially when their own health has been consistently pushed to the bottom of the list.
For many, the summer offers a rare opportunity to step back, reassess, and do something differently.
To support this, I’m currently offering a limited number of FREE “Headspace for Your Health” sessions. These are 40-minute coaching conversations designed to create clarity, reset priorities, and decide what needs to change so that school staff finally stop putting their own health at the bottom of their to-do list.
📅 Limited sessions available: Thursday 25th June (5–8pm)Sunday 28th June (11–3pm)

I’ll also be opening up space for a small number of new 1:1 clients from September for online or in-person coaching.
As I look ahead to the next academic year, I’m now opening up conversations with more schools who want to take staff wellbeing seriously and approach it in a way that actually sticks.
If you’re part of a school leadership team, or you’re passionate about improving staff wellbeing where you are, I’d love to connect.
And if you’re a teacher — this space is very much for you.
