⭐️ Only a few more days to go..

Here’s what to expect when you arrive for your session -

💬 It’s very much a ‘sit in a circle’ class, so when you arrive simply pick a spot, get comfy and we’ll just chat until everyone arrives.

📖 We’ll have a safety talk followed by a short introduction.

🎶 Then it’s story time, accompanied by some songs, lights and lots of other fun things.

✨ After the main part of the session, there’ll be some time for a chat or if you need to head off, that’s fine too.

☕️ As this is just the taster session, there won’t be any hot drinks afterwards, however this will be available from August 🤞🏼

💛 Wow, Wow, Wow..

Thank you to everyone that booked their space for the upcoming taster sessions!
Kirkwall booked out in less than 15 minutes, there are still a few spaces left in Stromness for anyone that wants to try it out⭐️

A few issues arose when the booking went live with certain payment methods and the confirmation emails however these have all been sorted now so thank you for your patience🥰

Can’t wait to see you all in a couple of weeks 🐠🪼

🦋 Booking Now Open! 🦋

The website is now live and bookings are officially open for our very first Glow Sensory taster sessions! ✨

Sessions are limited to just 10 children to keep classes calm, engaging and personal🥰

You’ll find lots of helpful information on the About page, but if you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, I’m always happy to help!

I recommend creating an account when booking. This will allow you to easily view, reschedule, or cancel your sessions if needed.

His biggest job? Making sure every child leaves with a smile and a heart full of happiness. 🥰

🌻 Stromness Venue 🌻

I’m so excited to announce that we have secured the Archie Bevan Room at Stromness Library 📚

Our Stromness sessions will take place on Thursday mornings 🥰

I’m absolutely delighted that we’re now one step closer to launching The Cub Club!

Taster session dates have also been booked and, once the website is finished, they will be available to book online. Keep an eye out next week for more details 👀

☀️ Kirkwall Announcement ☀️

*Classes starting in August with taster classes running from June*

I’m so excited to finally announce that I’ve secured a venue in Kirkwall!! 🎉

After looking at a few different spaces, I’ve decided on the St Magnus Centre 🥳

The room has plenty of space for prams, baby changing facilities, and on-site parking 🚗

Monday was the most requested day in the survey I shared a few months ago however if demand is there, I’ll happily look at adjusting times and adding extra classes in the future 😊

Keep an eye out for trial classes and Stromness venue updates 🥰

✨ Exciting News ✨

I’m absolutely delighted to share that this morning I was officially awarded the Start-Up Business Grant! 🥳

This means I can now order all of the UV equipment and other essentials needed to get my classes up and running.

I’m now one step closer to offering taster sessions while I continue working behind the scenes - creating storylines for our themed sessions, designing artwork, and bringing everything together to fully launch this exciting new venture 🎨✨

I want to thank everyone for your patience, it won’t be long now 🤞🏼

🫟 Messy Play Research 🫟

I’ve been thinking about how best to run messy play sessions alongside our Glow Sensory classes, and I’d love your input!

I’d really like to make these sessions more accessible across local communities. One idea I’ve had is to run a 4-week rotation across different villages, using local community halls, rather than staying in one place each week.

Before I move forward, I’d love to know if this is something you’d be interested in. I’ve put together a few quick questions, so if you have a moment, I’d really appreciate your feedback 💛

🫟 Messy Play!! 🫟

The perfect opportunity for your little one to explore, create, and get as messy as they like!

Unlike our other sessions, this is a child-led class. Simply come along and let your little one dive into a variety of fun, hands-on messy activities 🎨

Cub Club t-shirts will be available to wear during the session, but we recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case 🤗
