My name is SJ and I am the founder of Wild and Free with SJ

I am passionate about the outdoors and I want to share that with you. ⛰️

If you are someone wanting to meet other like minded women this page is for you.

I host women only events across Snowdonia, the lake district and Scotland. 🍃

With the idea of bringing women together to enjoy the outdoors. 👭

My trips include guided walks and optional wild swims as an opportunity for women to get together and try new things!

I have to low level walks planned and a option of a wild swim with the idea to share what the lakes has to offer together.

We'll take it easy as we head up to the Jubliee tower through the forest then take in views from the top before heading back down.
