of pre-eclampsia. All of our blends are designed to be pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, but there's no reason not to enjoy them well beyond this stage!

32+ weeks pregnant? Your raspberry leaf tea can absolutely be iced. 🧊🌿

Bethan’s easy Final Push cold brew bottle method:

Add 3 Final Push tea bags + 300ml boiling water. Brew for 2–3 minutes, top up with cold water, add ice and keep chilled in the fridge.

BUT how much should you actually drink? 👇

🌿 32 weeks: 1 cup per day
🌿 33 weeks: 2 cups per day
🌿 34+ weeks: up to 3 cups per day

So if you’re making a 3-bag bottle before 34 weeks, you don’t need to drink the whole thing that day. Keep it refrigerated and stick to the recommended number of cups for your stage of pregnancy.

Fancy a twist? Add a splash of pineapple or cranberry juice. 🍍

Save this one for 32 weeks. 🤰

Breastfeeding mums, your fluid needs go UP 💧🤱

When you’re breastfeeding, your body uses extra water to produce breastmilk, which is why you need around 700ml of additional fluid per day.

But hydration isn’t only about water. When we lose fluid through everyday things like sweating, breastfeeding and going to the loo, we also lose electrolytes such as sodium and potassium. These minerals help your body hold onto and use the fluid you drink effectively, while supporting normal muscle function, energy and milk supply.

That’s why we created Get Up & Glow ✨ A simple way to top up fluids alongside key electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, with levels specifically formulated for pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond.

One sachet. Add to water. An easy daily hydration habit for busy mums. 🧡

6 dates a day in the final weeks of pregnancy… but why? 👀

Research suggests eating dates in late pregnancy may help support cervical ripening and could be associated with a shorter first stage of labour and reduced need for induction or augmentation.

They’re also an easy little energy boost when you’re heavily pregnant and everything feels like an effort. 😅

Try them stuffed with nut butter, melted chocolate and a sprinkle of seeds for fibre.

Save this one for those final few weeks. 🤎

How to make iced breastfeeding hot chocolate for these warm summer days🍫❄️

Want to support your milk supply but also cool down in the heat? Try making our Go With The Flow hot chocolate as an iced milkshake.

Ingredients:

- Two heap teaspoons of Go With The Flow hot chocolate powder
- 250 mil of oat milk or whole dairy milk to heat
- 50 mil of oat milk or whole dairy milk to keep cold
- Ice

Instructions:
- Add to heap teaspoons of Go With The Flow hot chocolate powder to 250 mil oat milk or whole dairy milk. We recommend oat milk as oats are a natural galactagogue that may also support your milk supply.

- Heat the chocolate milk mix either on the hob in the microwave or in a milk froth/velvetiser, until combined and warm.

- Add ice and 50 mil of cold milk to your glass.

Pour over the hot chocolate and it will instantly cool.

Drink and enjoy! 💦☀️😍

POV: you’re 32+ weeks pregnant in a heatwave in August and a hot cup of tea is absolutely not happening. 😂🍹

Your Final Push Raspberry Leaf Tea can be enjoyed iced too. Brew it as normal, allow it to cool, then add plenty of ice and whatever pregnancy-safe fruit combo you fancy.

Same raspberry leaf tea, much more summer appropriate. ☀️

Final Push can be enjoyed from 32 weeks, gradually building up to 3 cups a day.

Nobody warns you that the first trimester can make water itself feel undrinkable.

Dehydration doesn't help matters either, it can make nausea worse, and pregnancy increases your blood volume by up to 45%, so your body needs more fluid than usual, right when you can keep down the least.

Get Up & Glow is a gentle electrolyte powder made for exactly this. It includes vitamin B6, which has clinical evidence for reducing pregnancy nausea, alongside natural minerals to support hydration when plain water just won't cut it.

No need to force down a full glass in one go, tiny sips throughout the day still count.

One sachet, one glass of water, that's it. 7 sachets, £9.99.

“There’s nothing I love more than these quiet moments with her.” 🤍

For Isabelle, the biggest surprise about breastfeeding has been just how rewarding it is. The connection she shares with her baby during every feed is something she’ll always treasure.

As World Breastfeeding Week comes to a close, we hope these stories remind every mum that every breastfeeding journey is different, every feeling is valid, and every mum deserves support. 💛
