This week Mark and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary ( I know , poor Mark!) Our amazing daughter Alex treated us to a wonderful stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath. It was an amazing experience. It was made even more special when a lovely lady came and introduced herself as someone who has done all the Davina DVDs. Hugely proud of my superstar Kathy Flynn today. 77 kilo ( 12 stone) deadlift for 5 reps, followed by 20 full press ups. That's really impressive for anyone, but even more incredible with 2 replacement hips!. Kathy has lost over 8 and a half stone in weight by following my healthy life programme of sensible eating and strength training. I am in awe of Kathy's commitment.
