At times we know something or things/people are not good for us, but we hold on anyway as it feels familiar and comfortable.

Anything you do or learn which is new, will initially feel uncomfortable and unfamiliar. But it doesn’t stay unfamiliar the more we do it. The new thing then becomes comfortable and familiar.

Choose your familiar behaviour pattern… Choose one that propels you forwards. Let go of outdated, negative, beliefs and introduce new ones of your choosing!
