Following my qualification and professional registration I have undertaken additional CPD courses adding to my skill set and have spent the last year self employed, working both mobile and within a sport rehab therapy setting, building up a diverse client base whilst gaining additional experience. I now work on a mo

bile basis and I am able to offer a professional, diverse range of treatment options at a competitive rate. I am qualified with VTCT, registered and insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a friendly no obligation consultation is always available. Sport massage therapy plays a vital part in any athletes schedule of preparation, recovery and maintenance. Massage therapy also provides relaxation from everyday physical and mental stressors and helps the body achieve balance and return to its optimal capability. With a diverse background in Health, specialist physical support, sport and combined therapies I graduated with a 1st class Honours degree in Health, Rehab and Social Sciences and further studied Sport Massage Therapy with advanced deep tissue techniques with VTCT. As an amateur athlete,I run multiple disciplines at club level from road to fell and can offer sport massage, deep tissue treatment and advice across a vast field from managing disabilities to maintenance, performance recovery and injury prevention for the mainstream athlete. Rounds of applause and huge appreciation deserved for this fantastic lady! 👏

I caught up with long term client and friend Joanne Weir last night for her scheduled recovery treatment following her return from London. Joanne is one of those athletes you can’t help but admire with her training discipline, commitment and inspirational determination. It’s been a huge journey this one and it felt like a celebration seeing her home safe and jubilant last night.

This is epic:-

Amongst numerous other races and a training block that has been pretty much continuously relentless, Joanne has completed 3 Marathons within a 14 month period !!

Rome (March 25’) 🥇
Seville (February 26’)🏅
London (April 26’) 🥉

Joanne has also raised an immense amount for charity along the way.

I never doubted her as she is one tough cookie and has committed 100% as always and I think you’ll agree she’s an absolute inspiration 👏

Joanne has regular maintenance, prep and recovery treatments and I am thankful and pleased to play a small part of her team and being able to experience her journey through it all. Very proud of you Joanne and I look forward to what we tackle onwards from here!
