First time using the sauna?

What do you need to do?

✅ Bring your own towe

✅ Hydration is so important so make sure you bring your water

✅ Speak to the supervisor with any questions you may have and they will be happy to help

⛔️ If you have any heart problems, diabetic, low blood pressure, pregnant or under the influence of alcohol should not use a sauna
