This weeks sauna fact for you is all about using saunas.

For most people, 10 to 20 minutes is enough to enjoy the benefits of the sauna without overdoing it. Most of our customers will generally do 10 minutes then cool off using the outdoor cold shower or a dip in the sea before going back in and repeating this process throughout the session!

However, if you're new to saunas, it's a good idea to start off with shorter sessions in between cooling off and building up so as not to overdo it.
