This Sunday, Niki & Marie invite you to the first Root & Nourish — a monthly New Moon sauna ritual in nature.

Begin with grounding Qigong to harmonise body, mind & spirit, followed by an intentional sauna journey with body treatments, masks, scrubs & cold plunge.

Afterwards, rest in nature and enjoy a nourishing seasonal lunch made with fresh vegetables from the farm. 🌿
