If you think stress is inevitable, think again.

I just wrapped up my first in-person workshop in Wales with Sonja Jones at Cardiff Hearing, and let me tell you—stress doesn’t have to own us.

The team of 3 dived deep into tools and techniques designed to shift their focus, regulate stress, and stay grounded amidst the chaos of daily life.

Practicality of presence.

My life before committing to staying present:

- Working overtime
- Overwhelmed with daily tasks
- Unorganized workflow

After committing 100%:

- Optimizing workflow
- Working 2 hours days
- Creating better relationships between all sectors

At the time I was managing a busy customer service office in a big laboratory chain. We just opened a new branch working with big development projects.

Initially I had no idea what I was doing. Trusting the presence within and having a robust meditation practice brought the best out of me and the environment.

All it took was trust.

And a lot of it.

Sometimes having really hard conversations with CEOs and the company owner, standing my ground at all times.

But when you're staying deeply within your heart everything flows perfectly.

Hard moments flow effortlessly into moments of growth and happiness.

Everything is one.

Why do I do this?

I truly believe that a heart based meditation on your true self is what can revolutionize the world.  

I mean c’mon! You’ve seen beings like Horus, Krishna, Buddha or Jesus. Those guys were not that special they just committed their lives to one goal. And the example of their action positively influences lives of millions to this day.

I drank a cool aid of what the essence of their teachings is. I was sold and my life was never the same.

For a long time I believed that this message and those life changing practices will remain between me and a close circle of people. But thanks to bright minds of beautiful beings like: Simon Squibb and Daniel Preistley I realized that my time is now.

For about three months I was extracting what is it that I actually want to share with the world. How to word it. What had the best effect for my clients. A powerful realization was after I asked myself:

If there was only one thing that my daughter could learn from me, what would it be?

And that’s how the first draft of my meditation products came to be. One thing. One meditation. One teaching. Infinite amount of practical implementation.  

Life changing.

Now I need to step out of a hermitage and share the lessons learned.

I may not be the best at my messaging. 

I may not be the best at marketing myself. 

I may not be the best at creating products. 

 

But I am determined. I am determined to make a dent in this world. I am determined to teach a beautiful path through your own true self to people around the world. I am determined to help you remove the suffering from your life. 

 

I am here to make a change. 

One heart at the time.

Still fighting the mind?

A lot of people tell me how they can't silence their mind.

One of the first things I hear every time I mention that I teach meditation is that people struggle to control their mind.

The mind is like everything else.

If you feed it, water it and pay attention to it. It grows. Regardless if you approach it positively or negatively.

Some of us try to mold the mind into a being that is only positive suppressing the dual nature of our beings.

What if you forgot that you even have thoughts?

What if you could live life without constant narration?

I want to invite you to try this out.

Sit quietly. Take a few breaths.

Focus on a single point of your heart.

Stay here.

Now let go of everything that distracts you from this space. Notice those things, but don't get drawn into a neverending story.

Stay with your heart. Well done.

If you see your attention fleeting just come back. Don't beat yourself up. The muscle that you're training is that of putting the attention back on your heart.

Are You a Bad Person?

We often judge ourselves harshly based on the actions we take as humans.

But how much control do you truly have over who you are or what you do?

From birth until around age 7, your brain was rapidly forming millions of neural connections every day. This period laid the foundation for your adulthood.

Some of us faced deep traumas, while others simply didn’t learn some things.

No matter what happened, your personality took shape. And that person has seen both ups and downs. You've experienced the best days of your life and the worst. Moments you’re proud of, and moments you’d rather forget.

But here’s the thing: about 96% of what you do is determined by those first 7 years.

So, should you really beat yourself up over your actions?

The real question is, how can we change it? How can we start making different decisions?

This is where neuroplasticity comes in—the brain’s amazing ability to rewire itself. By promoting neuroplasticity, we can begin to rewrite old programming and learn new skills.
