You can ring the practice between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Fridays. Our reception is open 8.30 to 11.30am weekdays then 2.30 to 5.30pm on Mondays and Fridays, 2.00-5.00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (reception only) and there is an on call service on Wednesday afternoons.

We'd like to remind families that support is available all year round.

Breastfeeding can be rewarding, but it can also bring questions and challenges. Whether you're feeding a newborn, expressing milk, combination feeding, or simply looking for reassurance, you don't have to manage alone.

If you need support, speak to your health visitor, midwife or GP, or connect with your local breastfeeding support services:

Every family's feeding journey is unique. Whether you're preparing to breastfeed, currently breastfeeding, combination feeding, expressing, or looking for support, help is available.

Breastfeeding offers many health benefits for both babies and parents, but it doesn't always come easily. You don't have to do it alone.

If you live in Cumbria, you can access friendly, local support from trained professionals and peer supporters.

Sepsis is a life-threatening medical emergency that happens when the body's response to an infection starts to damage its own organs and tissues. It can develop from any infection and can become serious very quickly.

Seek emergency medical help immediately (call 999 or go to A&E) if you or someone else has signs of sepsis.⚠️
