Our Christmas workshops are now live on our website!

Christmas is always such a special time in the Pantry. With the wood burner always roaring and the smell of frangipane mince pies filling the air a workshop at the Pantry will guarantee to put you in the festive mood!

What we have going on-

Sustainable Christmas crafts
Monday 30th November
6.00pm - 8.30pm
£50 a ticket

Ballytrim Christmas wreath making
Saturday 5th December
&
Sunday 6th December - sold out
10.30am - 1.30pm
£80 a ticket

A festive Ballytrim Pantry styled four course brunch!
Saturday 12th December
11.00am - 1.00pm
£45 a ticket

Summer in a jar!

The BGP (Bloody Garden Produce!) has meant our fruit trees and plants are laden with fruit so we have been busy jarring up the Summer flavours so that we can enjoy them all year around!
These jars will be available to purchase in the cooler months when we have our festive workshops - more on them soon!

The Pantry is closed for food orders this week but we are hosting the Black box HYROX annual Summer Party on Saturday which is a guaranteed fun morning of squats, socialising and plenty of cake!

Whilst I’m away the lovely David Maxwell paid us a visit at Ballytrim a few weeks ago and the recording is now live on BBC sounds - go and have a listen - just promise to turn it down when I start talking!!!

Our annual HYROX Summer workout is back!

After a busy spell in the Pantry we are going to take the next two weeks off for a little bit of down time to rest and recover!

This week we are doing our Walled Garden veggie boxes again!
They are jammed full of Organically grown Summer veggies! Expect yellow courgettes, beef tomatoes and pointy cabbages along with some of our free range chicken eggs!

Orders close at mid night tonight!
We have a few boxes still available so hop on if you fancy a box full of garden delights!
