This week, join me for a 20 minute yoga class which is short, succinct and gets to the point immediately!

We’re working on building strength in the legs, glutes and core and finding balance in some classic standing postures.

Expect to feel a little achey tomorrow.

This class is particularly great for women, aged 40+ who are hearing the call to strength training! 💪 As requested by one of my paid subscribers.

Save this one for when you have a headache.

All you need is a bottle of good quality peppermint essential oil.

I’ve used these techniques countless times for mild headaches and severe migraines and they have helped me a lot. I’ve shared them with a few people recently who’ve benefited too, so I hope it helps you as well.

If you’ve got sensitive skin dilute the oil with a carrier oil. Brands I would recommend are Tisserand, doTERRA and Amphora Aromatics.

Here’s 43 seconds to a better downward dog! May this benefit all of your yoga classes from now on. 🙏

In short…

- press down through your index finger knuckles for space around your shoulders

- lift your sit bones high as you elongate your spine

- crucially BEND YOUR KNEES!

- and to get a stretch in your legs, keep your knees bent but lengthen from back of knees to sit bones

- then elongate from back of knees to heels

Words are not going to do this justice! But let’s try…

An incredible week last week spent on retreat in Yorkshire with our dear teacher, the luminescent 🤍

The real magic was not only the wisdom Elena imparted upon us but also the wisdom we gained from each other and perhaps most importantly of all the quiet we cultivated within ourselves in order for us to hear our own inner wisdom.

Thank you dear retreat women for holding the space and giving me the space to cry and let go, the chance to move and get stronger, the chance to speak and be heard and the real love and confidence boost I needed. What a week!

From out of this world (literally) tarot labyrinth meditation with the wild .english to the food the lads in the kitchen were creating, every single thing was so nurturing, kind and supportive.

Thanking every person I encountered from the bottom of my heart. This experience will be with me always.

And a special gratitude to the support team who enabled me to go, Mum & Tom for taking care of Jowan, Sully & Iz and Lesley & Mike for taking care of Louie 🐶 and my sister for picking me up from the train station. Love you all.

Delighted to announce that the luminous Anna De Vere from will be joining us for our next mini retreat morning. Tickets are now available for Soul Sundays VIII: Space

Your morning will begin with a spacious yet substantial yoga practice with me, with a focus on opening up the body to prepare for deeper breathing. We’ll then invite Anna to the teaching seat where she will lead us through a series of supportive breathwork exercises: some ancient, some modern, but all with the ability to heal. Some of Anna’s favourite benefits of breathwork practice include: enhanced immunity, release of held tension, improved sleep and energy levels and an increase in joy!

We’ll close our morning with nourishing tea and treats.
