I’ve been hearing from so many women lately that they want to come to class more regularly, but life keeps getting in the way. Between busy schedules, family commitments, waiting lists, or simply not being able to make it to the gym, it can feel hard to stay consistent.
That’s why I’m creating something designed to make movement more accessible from home.
Short sessions focused on strength, balance, mobility, stretching, and chair yoga, similar to the style of movement we do in class, but in a way that’s easy to fit into everyday life.
Perfect for staying active and supporting your body between classes, workouts, or busy weeks.
