I’ve been hearing from so many women lately that they want to come to class more regularly, but life keeps getting in the way. Between busy schedules, family commitments, waiting lists, or simply not being able to make it to the gym, it can feel hard to stay consistent.

That’s why I’m creating something designed to make movement more accessible from home.

Short sessions focused on strength, balance, mobility, stretching, and chair yoga, similar to the style of movement we do in class, but in a way that’s easy to fit into everyday life.

Perfect for staying active and supporting your body between classes, workouts, or busy weeks.

There are a few common beliefs when it comes to living with arthritis…

1. That you should rest when it hurts
2. That you’re too old to improve
3. That movement will only make things worse

And honestly, they make sense.

When something hurts, your instinct is to protect your body.

But over time, these beliefs can lead to more stiffness, more discomfort, and less confidence in how you move.

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to find movement that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable for your body.
That’s where things start to change.
You’re not too far gone, you just need the right approach. 🙏💫

You stopped moving because of the pain.
And that made sense at the time.
Rest felt like the safest option.
But now…
Everything feels a little harder.
Stiffer. Less stable. More uncertain.
And you might be wondering:
“Is this just how it is now?”
Here’s the part most people aren’t told:
Your joints don’t improve with complete rest.
They respond to the right kind of movement.
Not intense.
Not painful.
Not overwhelming.
Just slow, supported, consistent movement
that works with your body — not against it.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not “past it.”
And your body isn’t failing you.
It’s asking for a different approach.
One that feels safe again.
