The poppy’s spiritual significance is as beautiful as the flower itself.

Symbolising universal love, peace and serenity; it has a balancing influence on the soul, taking us from survival to spiritual; linking the physical body to the higher self.

I took this pic of the first poppy in my garden complete with its busy visitor yesterday and I’m totally mesmerised by the beauty of this bloom!

This full Flower Moon brings change…lots of change and because of the simultaneous lunar eclipse, everything will be intensified and amplified. Some may advise caution but I’m with the moon on this one 😉

If the last few months have been all about biding time and waiting patiently: now is the time to prepare for a shake-up. There is an opportunity here to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and transparent, and to release pent-up emotions, thoughts and energy and in doing so, revitalise all aspects of our lives.

A change is coming and there’s no point in facing it halfheartedly, or fiercely gripping the fence we’re sitting on.

Be brave. Whatever will be is meant to be 🙏🏽✌🏽

The Worm Moon graces us with its presence tonight.

This name is, as always, inspired by what is happening in the natural world, as the soil begins to thaw (for some of us at least 🥶) and the earth worms become active again, wiggling their way blindly through fields and gardens. Following their instincts, they bravely poke their heads through the surface, not knowing what is up there but doing it anyway.

The last full moon of winter ushers us into a powerful period for manifesting our hopes and wishes for the year ahead. This is the time to take positive steps towards achieving those dreams. Start that course; get that new piercing; buy that van and convert it into your off grid home… you get the idea 😊 The action you take now will set the tone for the coming months, so go big or go home!

Here is a wonderful mantra for those of you who would like to try it. Use your favourite crystal if it helps you to raise your vibration, and repeat three times as you close your eyes tonight:

With the rising of the Snow Moon, it may feel to many of us as if the winter is never going to end. We’re weary; our resources are low and we crave a change…any change. The antidote is to observe, surrender and settle into acceptance and trust, instead of trying to force a change.

The change will come. It is already beginning in the natural world around you, as the bulbs begin to shoot up through the hard earth, and the buds of the new leaves suddenly appear on the barren trees.

Surrender to the process of rebirth: observe and trust the cues in your body, mind and spirit that will guide you through to the next phase in your life.
