June is Men’s mental health month. STOP telling men to man up. Men should not have to mask their emotions. It’s okay to speak out. Talking saves lives. Not everyone will understand your journey it’s not for them. Speaking up is courage. You’re not a burden. Don’t let your mind bully your body into believing that it must carry the burden of its worries. Mens mental health matters too.

Why can Eid feel emotionally difficult?
Eid can brings back the pain of absence or the empty chair, the missing voice, the memory that lingers.
Loneliness or family separation. Those far from their families or with strained relationships. Some people may feel isolated during a time meant for connection. Social & financial pressure can be overwhelming. Whatever it is remember nothing can dim your light that shines from within 🌙

What a great message super proud of my sister Inlaw who took part in creating this message an amazing group of women who have worked really hard to get this message out. Well done to organisations like Saathi House that inspire women and support them through creating a safe space.
