On July 14th, the moon slips into her darkest phase — the New Moon. 🌑
And here’s the truth most people overlook: this darkness isn’t empty. It’s alive.
Alive with potential, yes… but also alive with everything you’ve tucked beneath the surface of your consciousness.
We spend so much of our lives chasing the light — setting intentions, building momentum, pushing forward.
But there is a different kind of sacred work that can only happen in the dark:
the work of turning toward what you’ve avoided.
This is the realm of shadow work.
Your shadow is not a monster lurking in the depths.
It’s not the “bad” parts of you waiting to be erased.
Your shadow is made of everything you’ve dimmed, denied, or buried to survive.
The grief you never fully met.
The anger you swallowed.
The parts of yourself you labelled “too much” or “not enough.”
The patterns you repeat without knowing why.
The beliefs that keep you small.
And right now — at the deepest point of the lunar cycle — your shadows rise closer to the surface.
Not to overwhelm you, but to be witnessed.
🌙 The New Moon invites you to release what no longer serves you — not by banishing it, but by finally seeing it.
Understanding it.
Integrating it.
Reclaiming the energy you’ve spent holding it down.
When you do this, something profound shifts.
You stop being ruled by the unseen.
You return to wholeness.
You create space — real, grounded space — for peace, authentic connection, and lasting transformation.
This is where true healing begins.
Whatever part of you is rising to be acknowledged right now, we have the guidance to support your journey.
The darkness is not a void.
It is fertile soil — the place where your deepest growth takes root.
