Holiday time!

Any Jivers amongst you?

Wow, I certainly had a giggle last night as Rich and I took our first proper steps on a dance floor 😂😂😂

So we ventured to an enjoyable evening at Waterlooville Community Hall, right by Asda in the town centre. Having run our Man of the Year competition in my Slimming World groups recently, I learned we have a dance teacher amongst us with a gentleman who attends one of my sessions.

Eager to find out more, I was invited to go along and see everything in action myself. I’m so glad I did 👍

There was a really welcoming atmosphere and a community group of all abilities attending. Lots of laughs, plenty of smiles and for us, a few steps learned 💃🕺💃

If you have 2 left feet don’t worry! I promise you’ll be in safe hands. 🙌 There was no pressure at all, just encouragement and support. Could this be something to add in to your Active Lifestyle Programme?
