It was an absolute delight to be with West Leigh & Leigh Park Mornings Slimming World with Marrie and members this morning. A busy session, with lots of learning and sharing and a fresh idea or 2 for me to add into my meal planning 😘

What’s more, the Slimmer of the Week basket was such a lovely prize to present at the end of group ✅👍🙌

Great raffle prizes too and one I’ve bwl for my own groups this week! The inspiration table was packed with props and ideas and the New Member area was warm and inviting. Thank you for having me Diamond Award winner Marrie 💖Xv

Eating out? Yes you can!!!

Did you know that with Slimming World you can still socialise and eat out with friends; no problem! Just a few changes to make to see the weight losses continue. A switch to boiled rice, a salmon tikka and an Indian salad…bliss! Tasty and filling and it was all Al fresco dining too ☀️

Groups are all set for tomorrow 👍👍👍

So I’ve been out shopping to get our raffle prizes for tomorrow, an instant sunshine pasta salad which is a recipe from our newest recipe book.

The great news is, with our Healthy Eating plan, you can make delicious meals and snacks to stay beautifully full with so many great foods. I have a big appetite as you’ll see from some of my dinner pics 😋

Figs are ready!
