Plymouth has appointed its first-ever men's health champion — with a mission to tackle an issue too many people suffer with in silence. 💙

Councillor Jon Di**le will work with local health services, sports clubs and community groups to encourage men to seek help earlier.

From mental health and su***de prevention to cancer awareness and heart disease, the new role aims to break down barriers and improve wellbeing across the city.

Do you think more needs to be done to support men's health? 💬

An amazing day celebrating all the fantastic people both myself and the team work with. This was only a few of the amazing people around the city going above and beyond for those in their communities.
