Midday Melt Sound Bath at Hemerdon - June Friday 3rd of July Hemerdon Village Hall FREE parking opposite the hall. A lunch time reset 1.00pm - 2.00pm 🐦

Yelverton Sound Bath with Reiki - June Saturday 4th of July Yelverton War Memorial Hall FREE parking outside the hall. A Summers eve on sacred land on the moors 7.00pm - 8.00pm🦉

Hemerdon Sound Bath surrounded by nature - July Saturday 18th of July Hemerdon Village Hall FREE parking opposite the hall. Surrounded by fields and often the sheep and rabbits 7:30pm - 8:30pm🐇

Nature & Sound - A Journey to Calm Session Two (repeat of the first) Sunday 19th July, a repeat workshop due to demand in the beautiful Rowe Hall Sparkwell Church - All Saints FREE parking with horses, deer, cats and all the birds. A wonderful chance to be surrounded by nature. 2:30pm -5:30pm 🐴

Warriors Rest Sound Bath with Reiki in the Dome- July back in the Dome with the brilliant Wolf from Wolf Path Healing Monday the 20th July, 6.00pm - 7.00pm bring all the energy.

NEW VENUE Oreston Sound Bath - July join me as I discover the space at the Oreston Church Hall Thursday 30th July 7:00pm - 8:00pm 🐝

Closing off July at the wonderful Poole Farm for the Bircham Eco Lodge Sound Bath - July Friday 21st July, 7:00pm - 8:00pm see instructions for parking. A stunning venue with baby lambs, a family of beavers and a wonderful energy 🦫

Thank you to those that came to the Market Hall Dome session tonight. Warriors Rest Sound Bath with Reiki in the Dome- June with the brilliant Wolf from Wolf Path Healing.
It was definitley a warm session tonight and the energy in the space was beautiful. Hoping those that came found some peace and sleep well tonight.

Due to high demand and lots of messages about missing out and wanting to attend our workshop session, Sonja Furniss and I have decided to repeat the session Nature & Sound - A Journey to Calm Session Two (repeat of the first) to enable those that did not grab a ticket to gain this experience. So click on the event and scroll down to grab your ticket before they sell out again !

So excited to be returning to the Market Hall Dome tonight after having a month off of facilitating in this wonderful space. The session Warriors Rest Sound Bath with Reiki in the Dome- June will be a wonderful collaboration between myself Jem from RebalanceU and the lovely Chris from Wolf Path Healing 🙏

Together we will create a safe space where you will truly feel Zen and we will hopefully support you to take your nervous system from a Sympathetic nervous system = "fight, flight, freeze" (stress response) into a Parasympathetic nervous system = "rest, digest, repair" (recovery response) Chris and I do all the work so you don't have too. A combination of Meditation, Sound Waves and Reiki energy creates the perfect solution to truly help you relax.

Snoring allowed 🤣 Can't wait to welcome you back into this space.

🫶New Tibetan B3 bowl acquired. Excited to be adding this one to the ever expanding kit. B note will resonate with the Crown chakra for a higher consciousness and mental clarity. A great fit for my sessions ❤️🙌

As we nestle down in the cradle of the wooden Eco Lodge we will explore how to switch off our minds and rest our body. This will boost your overall wellbeing and help improve your sleep quality.

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. Parking instructions are within the event and feel free to ask any questions. I am opening this up that any person buying a ticket for tonight can also bring a friend along for FREE.
