Massive thank you to Leanne and the Academy Students from Cook Stars Plymouth Central for helping and supporting the demo stage and the chefs, and for the brilliant demo on Sunday, graced by the deputy lord mayor, Angela Penrose.
They certainly made the two days run smoothly and kept us in check.
