I’ve been writing down the things I want to do differently over the next 21 days.
💧 Drink my water
🥗 Eat less processed food
🚶♀️ Move my body every day
💪🏼 Strength train ( bones and 💪)
🌿 Get my walks in
😴 Go to bed earlier
🧘♀️ Be more intentional with my time
❤️ Invest in myself
And then I realised…
None of these are restrictions, they’re choices.
Going to bed earlier isn’t taking something away from me.
It’s choosing to feel better tomorrow.
Strength training isn’t punishment.
It’s choosing to build a stronger healthier body.
Eating well isn’t deprivation.
It’s choosing to nourish myself.
Drinking my water isn’t a chore.
It’s choosing to take care of my body.
We don’t need to go from 0–100.
Sometimes it’s the small, seemingly boring choices we make consistently that quietly change everything.
21 days. One good choice at a time.
Who’s doing it with me? 🫶🏼
