Here’s another shoutout to three amazing woman.

Three woman who between them have lost over 17 stones and more importantly are keeping it off.

Three woman who inspire us weekly at The Beacon with their determination to keep going, their food ideas and how they’ve incorporated activity into their new healthier lives.

They have thrown themselves into food optimising but there’s also thrown themselves into our group….supporting everyone week in and week out.

I’m so glad they walked through those Beacon doors! Thanks Steph White, Pauline Putt and Donna Murinas for choosing us!!! ♥️♥️♥️

BOOM ‼️What an end to the month of July - with a fantastic Slimming World group total weight loss at my Thursday morning sessions at The Beacon! ‼️

Not only that but we crowned 9 new Target Members and a whole host of other shiny awards to! 🏆🥇

And even better we did it in a way that keeps us healthy and happy….eating REAL food and getting out there keeping active to! 🍓🍒🥑🏃‍♀️

So here’s to a new month ahead…to making August awesome! A month where we enjoy that sunshine on our skin, the family time, the bbqs and days out and still get to enjoy ourselves to!! ☀️🌞😎

Another cracking week at our Thursday morning Slimming World sessions at The Beacon…and a whole load of bling achieved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had….. 🥁🥁🥁🥁

💕 Our new member Rose achieving her 1/2 stone award already- fantastic results so early on!!

💚 Kirsty being award her 1 1/2 stone award but really it’s 2 1/2 stone as she lost 1 stone prior to her arrival - massive well done!!

👰💍Leanne….who had been working hard shedding for her wedding achieved her 3 stone award….and gets married tomorrow…eek!!!

♥️ Then our three Slimmer of the Weeks ….Carol, Lyndsey and Kay all getting cracking losses over the last two weeks - well done ladies!

⭐️⭐️ And finally….our amazing 9am weigh lady Pauline…achieved her 4 1/2 stone award and that’s TARGET BABY!!!!! So proud of you Pauline!

🥲 And then a sad but special goodbye to our lovely Target member Carol as she is moving away this week to start a new life in Wales….we are going to miss you Carol xx

🥰 Massive well done to every single one of you who walked through those doors today and started a fresh new week!!
