With the temperatures starting to drop you don't want to get caught out so start building up your immune system with the cold and flu blend.

It is great to start drinking if you feel a little sniffle or scratchy throat coming on to help prevent and it is also good to drink whilst you have a cold as well to help with symptoms.

This warming, blood circulating rub can aid in giving your muscles the relief they seek.

Just look at that rich colour! Which is created by infusuing cayenne pepper in oil

If you are wondering 'cayenne pepper in oil won't that burn?' No cayenne creates a lovely warming sensation by stimulating your blood.

This rub can also be great for conditions such as Raynauds and hypothyroidism and bring warmth to cold extremeties.
