We are incredibly grateful to Louise for the beautiful way she conducted my dad's funeral service. From the moment we met her, she showed genuine compassion, kindness, and understanding during what was a very difficult time for our family.
Louise took the time to listen to our memories and stories, creating a heartfelt and personal tribute that truly reflected Dad's life, character, and the love so many people had for him.
