Funeral Service in First Presbyterian Church, Portadown on Monday at 1.00pm followed by interment in Kernan Cemetery.
The family would appreciate if those attending would avoid wearing black.

Our beautiful Phoebe, fell asleep peacefully in the arms of her mummy, daddy and brother Ryan on Tuesday 12th May 2026 in Blossom Ward, Craigavon Area Hospital.

Phoebe was a precious daughter of Justyna and Rafal, a much loved sister of Ryan and a cherished granddaughter of Ewa.

A Celebration of Phoebe's life will be held in "The Old Meeting House" on Friday 22nd May at 10.30am.

Phoebe will always be remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and all her family and friends.
