As much as we’re advocates for sauna in the warmer weather, we also want to give everyone the opportunity to cool off

So for the next seven days, £6 plunge sessions at Cardiff Sauna Village. Come to cool off properly and enjoy the 6° and 9° ice baths

Hikitalo is Cymru’s first sauna village, right in the centre of Caerdydd.

The site features three wood-fired communal saunas, alongside three contrasting plunges. And if you need a post-sauna pick-me-up, there’s Kähvi café on site too.
