Throwing it back to .events last weekend where the recovery zone was absolutely the place to be. Cold plunge, sunshine, that feeling when you step out and your whole body thanks you.

A few weeks ago we had the honour of partnering with one of our Beyond Businesses Smug Sauna Events to take the recovery zone to the celebrities at Soccer Aid for UNICEF training week!🤯🤯

We were with the Old Spice UK team on their activation providing some much needed cool down sessions after a day in the heat 🥶

Incredible experience, the team are so so grateful to Pheona for the opportunity. Everyone we met and worked with were amazing 💙

Athletes were straight into the sauna and ice baths after giving it everything on the dance floor. The recovery zone was buzzing all day 🤩

kept the good energy flowing for those waiting to compete, and honestly, the whole day was just unreal 🎉

That’s a wrap for METRIX Cardiff and we had the most incredible day💪🏼

A huge thank you to our incredible PS Athletes and everyone who came and visited the recovery zone, we are already buzzing for September in London 🎉

Without this man, PortaSauna might never have existed 🤯

Kev founded the International Disciples of Sauna Tents, the global community where Jordan first discovered the tent sauna and where we did our earliest R&D

So when he flew over from Chicago with his wife Katie, we had to do it properly🔥

Kabin XL on Southsea Beach. Wood-fired heat. Cold plunge straight into the sea.

Happy World Sauna Day everyone, what a beautiful community it is to be apart of 💙
