It took me three weeks to walk back through the doors of Slimming World.
Three weeks of battling with self-doubt, nerves, and that little voice that whispered, “What if I’ve failed?”
But I did it. I walked back in. And that moment changed everything.
Fast forward 5 years and I’m now doing a job I love, one I truly believe in, and one that lets me support others through the same battles I once faced.

This weekend we have our beautiful granddaughter with us, and just like us, she loves a variety of foods! We believe healthy eating should be full of choice, colour and fun, so we love mixing things up and letting her enjoy lots of different foods.
A healthy start to the day doesn't have to be boring. Fresh fruit, favourite breakfast goodies and plenty of smiles around the table make for the perfect morning. ❤️

Lovely Esme led the way,❤️A half stone gone in just three weeks today.⭐️Her hard work, focus and belief,💕Have brought such joy and sweet relief.
Beautiful Kayleigh, what a star,🌟Three and a half stone lost so far.💗An amazing journey, strong and true,☀️A wonderful achievement through and through.
And then dear Angie reached her goal,🥅A target achieved with heart and soul.🙌Now she can attend for free each week,⭐️A reward for the success she'd hoped to seek.

This is what Monday mornings are all about — showing up for you, feeling proud of how far you’ve come, and being surrounded by people who lift you higher. And today, I want to celebrate our beautiful Linda.

Just look at the difference… week after week, Linda walks through those doors with courage, commitment and the biggest heart. She keeps coming to group to take care of herself — and in doing so, she inspires everyone around her.

She’s a huge part of our Monday family:

✨ Always bringing kindness into the room
