Patient feedback will always be one of the most important parts of what I do.

Not because it tells me I’ve done a good job, but because it tells me how someone felt throughout their journey.

Did they feel listened to? Did they feel comfortable? Did they leave feeling more like themselves?

Every review, message, and conversation helps me learn, improve, and continue giving my patients the care they deserve.

Six months. Three NeoGen Plasma treatments. And a beautiful example of what happens when we focus on supporting the skin rather than chasing quick fixes.

When you look at these photographs, it’s easy to notice the improvement in the lower face. The jawline appears more defined, the jowl has softened, and the lines around the cheeks and mouth are noticeably less prominent. But what I find most exciting is something that’s harder to describe at first glance.

We’re seeing volumetric redistribution.

As collagen remodels over time, the skin becomes stronger, firmer and better supported. Rather than simply tightening one area, the skin starts to behave more like it did when it was younger, creating a softer, more harmonious appearance across the lower face.

I’ve been reflecting on last week’s training, and it’s reminded me why I love what I do.

Every course is an opportunity to learn something new, challenge what I already know, and discover ways to achieve even better outcomes for my patients. Last week was all about understanding how combination treatments work together, the importance of amino acids in supporting collagen synthesis, and taking a more detailed approach to treating the face, eyes and supporting ligaments.

What really stayed with me was the reminder that great results aren’t about doing more. They’re about doing what’s right for the individual sitting in front of you. Thoughtful planning, the right treatment at the right time, and always putting the patient’s needs first.

I also experienced the treatment myself, which gave me an even greater appreciation of the patient journey. I truly believe that understanding a treatment from both sides helps me provide the best possible care.

The learning doesn’t stop when the course ends. It becomes part of every consultation, every treatment plan and every conversation I have with my patients. That’s how we continue to grow, and that’s how we continue to deliver the very best care.

Yesterday was an incredible training day, diving deeper into how combination treatments can achieve the very best outcomes for our patients.

We explored why amino acids are so important for collagen synthesis, gained a deeper understanding of treating the face, eyes and supporting ligaments, and how these approaches can be incorporated alongside NeoGen to create truly personalised treatment plans.
